The room was spacious and well-equipped, with two comfortable double beds and an extra-large shower. I appreciated that it was insulated from outside noise, making for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were also very accommodating, allowing me to change my dates with ease, and the location offered plenty of nearby restaurants and cafes to choose from.
A frustrating check-in experience 😠.

Great location close to where I was going to an event was a plus. The room was reasonably large and cheap in general, with a gigantic bed. The breakfast was good, the check in was quick.

The room, reserved in my name and paid with my card, featured a cozy two-seat couch and a two-person table, making it an inviting space for relaxation or dining.
I encountered a significant drawback: the bathroom had a leak that extended into the bed area, which was quite uncomfortable. I noticed that the room hadn’t been renovated to match some of the pictures I had seen, which was a bit disappointing.

Great location in terms of dining options, all was beautiful. Dined at Dumpling Empire, it was relatively near the venue. We stayed here before, always neat and functional rooms on ground level.

The location is great, close to shopping! Our room had plenty of space and a good shower, but could use some TLC. The staff were helpful, especially when addressing our concerns.

We had a quite comfortable stay on winter time.
Enjoyed a work desk, coffee/tea making facilities, and TV in the room. Particularly good location for visiting a cinema and restaurants close to the hotel. Cafés and restaurants next door had great meals😃❤😀

Was a bit disappointed that I picked two things of the Room Service list which were not available. I think if you have a limited offer, you should make sure you have everything available.

Convenience to the shoppingt restaurants and theatre and car parking on the premises ,free of charge .The room standard king size was comfortable and well appointed.Location to the Dandenong Ranges and similar close by attractions was suitable to our needs. Late check out 11.A.M. was a benefit to us and the Sharp flat screen colour tv of a large size was unexpected but most enjoyable. Will not hesitate to book again. The lift to the third floor was a bonus.
