Great location close to where I was going to an event was a plus. The room was reasonably large and cheap in general, with a gigantic bed. The breakfast was good, the check in was quick.

Accommodation is fairly clean. Staff are accommodating, especially the male receptionist. Great location near shopping mall, shops, train station, and stores.

Great location in terms of dining options, all was beautiful. Dined at Dumpling Empire, it was relatively near the venue. We stayed here before, always neat and functional rooms on ground level.

We had a quite comfortable stay on winter time.
Enjoyed a work desk, coffee/tea making facilities, and TV in the room. Particularly good location for visiting a cinema and restaurants close to the hotel. Cafés and restaurants next door had great meals😃❤😀

Was a bit disappointed that I picked two things of the Room Service list which were not available. I think if you have a limited offer, you should make sure you have everything available.

Convenience to the shoppingt restaurants and theatre and car parking on the premises ,free of charge .The room standard king size was comfortable and well appointed.Location to the Dandenong Ranges and similar close by attractions was suitable to our needs. Late check out 11.A.M. was a benefit to us and the Sharp flat screen colour tv of a large size was unexpected but most enjoyable. Will not hesitate to book again. The lift to the third floor was a bonus.

The friendly assistance at Reception, specially when information on our confirmed changed booking date had not been communicated from the Booking company. Staff were most understanding and helpful.

Small size building; not high-rise.
Breakfast is very basic. Other hotels/motels have a better buffet- breakfast.

Got a queen room with a sofa, spa bath, and a king-size bed, just like I had hoped. the hotel is in an amazing central location, close to Glen shopping center, the train station, and many restaurants just off Springvale Rd. Enjoyed a couple of drinks at Oriel Grande Brasserie, which is conveniently located not too far from the hotel.
